be inspired every day

for most of us, the greatest struggle we have with inspiration is its apparent lack of persistence. we have a vision that motivates us: to have a beautiful body, to maintain a strong relationship with god, to develop a skill or to be successful in some way.the vision keeps us motivated, sometimes for quite a while. then suddenly, we find ourselves wondering how we managed to go a month without working out, meditating or otherwise taking any action toward our goal.the problem is that we've become distracted.the day to day realities of the path leading to our vision have obstructed our view of that vision. when we think about working out, we no longer think about the beautiful body we are going to have, we instead think of the cumbersome drive to the gym and the limited amount of time we have to do what we want.because of these distractions, our vision can only sustain motivation for a finite amount of time.the solution is self-discipline.self

discipline is a scary word for some of us.this is because it is often misunderstood. self-discipline is not about forcing ourselves to do what we don't want to do.that type of discipline can only sustain us for a finite amount of time.and even worse, it often leads us to resent our own goals and visions.the self-discipline i’m referring to comes from having faith in ourselves.it’s remembering that we set a goal that once inspired us.it’s trusting that our inspiration was well-founded and that it will motivate us again once self-discipline gets things moving again.when motivation fails, don't kick yourself in the butt have faith in yourself instead

النجــآح

جذورالنجاح:

1- العلاقة بالله تعالى هي أول جذور النجاح..وهي من أقوى الأسباب المانحة للدافعية والقوة والطاقة
 التطبع بالأخلاق فالنجاح يعتمد 93% منه على المهارات الشخصية "وهي ما يتضمن الأخلاق
وأسلوب التعامل مع المجتمع والأخلاق"..و7% مهارات مهنية..
ويعد المعيار الأساسي في تقييم الشخص هو مدى جودة أسلوبه في التعامل مع المجتمع والتزامه بالقيم الخلاقية..

3-التفاؤل والتفكيرالايجابي.
.هما من أهم جذور النجاح..
4- الانتماء: للدين والوطن..إن من يحاول الذوبان في الآخرين لاينتج ولا يبدع..
فهو يتكلف دورا غير دوره..وكل ما سينتجه لن يكون أصيلا..
فلن يصبح إلا مسخة مقلدة.. يقول االله تعالى:"إن الله لا يغير ما بقوم حتى يغيروا مابانفسهم"..
إن مجرد البدء بالتغيير لهو أول خطوة من خطوات حل المشاكل..فهو يساعدالانسان على الانفصال النفسي عن مشكلته أثناء التفكير فيها..وهو ما يمكنه من وضع حلول أكثر عقلانية بعيدة عن العواطف والنزوات..

الانجاز:
أي انجاز من أي نوع يعطي الانسان دافعية شديدة وثقة بنفسه..
المعنى:
إذا لم تكن تعلم لم تعمل هذا العمل..فإنك لن تستمرفيه!..إن البعد عن الله تعالى يضيع معنى الحياة بعمومها..
فلا يعلم البعيد عنالله تعالى ما قيمة حياته على الاجمال..أيضا وجود الأهداف المقصودة من العمل..وحب العمل الممارس..
كلها عوامل تعطي معنى للعمل يجعل ممارسه أكثر اتزانا من الناحية النفسية..

لصوص الفعل:ـــــــ الخوف:الخوف من المجهول..من الفشل..أو منالنجاح أحيانا!
بعض الممارساتالخاطئة تسبب الخوف المرضي..
مثل اللعب بالتخويف..كتخويف الأطفال بقذفهمعاليا..أو مباغتتهم..
مثل هذا السلوك يؤدي إلى افتقادهم للأمان..الصورة الذاتية..إن لم تكن بها ثقة كافية فلن يكون فعل

أتى على الكل أمـر لا مـرد لـه حتى قضوا فكأن القوم مـا كانـوا
وصار ما كان من مُلك ومن مَلـك كما حكى عن خيال الطيفِ وسنانُ

دار الزمـان علـى دارا وقاتلـه وأمَّ كسـرى فمـا آواه إيــوانُ
كأنما الصعب لم يسهل لـه سبـبُ يومًـا ولا مَلـك الدنيـا سليمـان

فجائـع الدهـر أنـواع منوعـة وللزمـان مـسـرات وأحــزانُ
وللحـوادث سـلـوان يسهلـهـا وما لما حـل بالإسـلام سلـوانُ

دهى الجزيرة أمرٌ لا عـزاء لـه هـوى لـه أحـدٌ وانهـد نهـلانُ
أصابها العينُ في الإسلام فارتزأت ْحتى خلت منـه أقطـارٌ وبلـدانُ

فاسأل بلنسيةَ مـا شـأنُ مرسيـةٍ وأيـن شاطبـةٌ أمْ أيـن جـيَّـانُ
وأيـن قرطبـةٌ دارُ العلـوم فكـم من عالمٍ قد سما فيهـا لـه شـانُ

وأين حمصُ وما تحويه من نـزهٍ ونهرها العـذب فيـاض ومـلآنُ
قواعدٌ كـنَّ أركـانَ البـلاد فمـا عسى البقاء إذا لم تبقـى أركـان

تبكي الحنيفيةَ البيضاءَ من أسـفٍ كما بكى لفـراق الإلـف هيمـانُ
حيث المساجدُ قد أضحتْ كنائسَ مافيهـنَّ إلا نواقـيـسٌ وصلـبـانُ

حتى المحاريبُ تبكي وهي جامـدةٌ حتى المنابرُ ترثي وهـي عيـدانُ
يا غافلاً وله في الدهـرِ موعظـةٌ إن كنت في سِنَةٍ فالدهـر يقظـانُ

وماشيًـا مرحًـا يلهيـه موطنـهُ أبعد حمصٍ تَغرُّ المـرءَ أوطـانُ
تلك المصيبةُ أنْسَـتْ مـا تقدَّمهـا وما لها مع طولَ الدهـرِ نسيـانُ

يا راكبين عتاقَ الخيـلِ ضامـرةً كأنها في مجـال السبـقِ عقبـانُ
وحاملين سيـوفَ الهنـدِ مرهقـةُ كأنها فـي ظـلام النقـع نيـرانُ

وراتعين وراء البحـر فـي دعـةٍ لهـم بأوطانهـم عـزٌّ وسلطـانُ
أعندكم نبـأ مـن أهـل أندلـسٍ فقد سرى بحديثِ القـومِ ركبـانُ

كم يستغيث بنا المستضعفون وهـم قتلى وأسرى فمـا يهتـز إنسـان
لماذا التقاطع في الإسـلام بينكـمُ وأنتـمْ يـا عبـاد الله إخــوانُ

ألا نفـوسٌ أبيَّـاتٌ لهـا هـمـمٌ أما على الخيرِ أنصـارٌ وأعـوانُ
يا من لذلـةِ قـومٍ بعـدَ عزِّهُـمُ أحـال حالهـمْ جـورُ وطغيـانُ

بالأمس كانوا ملوكًا فـي منازلهـم واليومَ هم في بلاد الضـدِّ عبـدانُ
فلو تراهم حيـارى لا دليـل لهـمْ عليهمُ مـن ثيـابِ الـذلِ ألـوانُ

ولو رأيـتَ بكاهُـم عنـدَ بيعهـمُ لهالكَ الأمرُ واستهوتـكَ أحـزانُ
يا ربَّ أمٍّ وطفـلٍ حيـلَ بينهمـا كمـا تـفـرقَ أرواحٌ وأبــدانُ

وطفلـةٍ مثـل حسـنِ الشـمـسِ إذ طلعت كأنما ياقـوتٌ ومرجـانُ
يقودُها العلـجُ للمكـروه مكرهـةً والعيـنُ باكيـةُ والقلـبُ حيـرانُ
لمثل هذا يذوبُ القلبُ مـن كمـدٍ إن كان في القلب إسـلامٌ وإيمـانُ

        The Amazon River : of South America is the second longest river in the world with an average discharge
greater than the next six largest rivers combined. This is not because of its huge dimensions; in fact, for most of its length, the        Amazon's width is well within the capability of modern engineers to bridge. However, the bulk of the river      flows through tropical rainforest, where there are few roads and even fewer cities, so there is no need for      crossings
